Aid for 36-64 Age Group

Applications for rent or housing use transfer contracts for individuals aged 36 to 64 can be submitted until 11 April. The maximum rent for these contracts cannot exceed €700. However, for large families, single-parent families, or households with a legally recognised disabled member with reduced mobility, this maximum amount increases to €900.

The aid amounts range from €240 to €2,400. The maximum income for the household unit, based on 2023 figures, cannot be more than €25,200.

Support for Over 64s

Separately, the call for aid for rent or housing use transfer contracts for people over 64 years old is open until 21 March. For this group, the rent for contracts cannot exceed €600. Similar to the younger age group, this maximum rises to €900 for large families, single-parent families, or households with a legally recognised disabled member with reduced mobility.

These aid amounts also vary between €240 and €2,400, with the maximum household income, based on 2023 data, set at €25,200.

For both subsidy lines, the Local Housing Office offers advice and manages the subsidy application process. Interested parties can visit the OLH in Plaça Sant Jordi or call 977 608 020 for further details.
