Evening Festival Brings Life to Raval de Montserrat

This Saturday, 19 September 2026, the Raval de Montserrat in Terrassa will transform into a lively open-air venue for a special evening street festival. Organised by Terrassa Centre and the Gremi Empresarial d'Hostaleria de Terrassa i Comarca, the event will run from 17:00 until 20:45. The festival, known locally as a 'vespreig', will feature 17 participating businesses including restaurants, bars and shops. It aims to boost local commerce while offering residents and visitors a night of entertainment, dining and socialising in the heart of the neighbourhood.

Music, Food and Local Business in Focus

Live music will be provided by LA MITIKA, a band set to perform a playlist of hits from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s to energise the streets. The event will also include leisure activities coordinated by cultural venues Sala Born and La Rasa 64. Diners and shoppers are encouraged to visit participating establishments along the Raval, where special offers and extended hours will be available. The Gremi Empresarial d'Hostaleria, which represents local hospitality businesses, sees the event as a chance to highlight the area's vibrant atmosphere.

This is about bringing people together and supporting our local economy in a fun, accessible way.

The festival takes place just ahead of Terrassa’s 53rd Diada Aplec, which will honour cellist Pau Casals. Organisers hope the vespreig will draw both locals and regional visitors to experience the town’s cultural offerings. Residents and visitors planning to attend are advised that foot traffic will be high in the Raval area from late afternoon onwards. The event is free to attend and family-friendly.
