The session will include two motions on immigration from the PP and Vox, a CUP proposal to regulate seasonal rentals, and a joint proposal from ERC and En Comú Podem to reject the regular presence of Mossos d’Esquadra in educational centres. The PSC plans to propose decentralising the city’s cultural programme, while En Comú Podem will call for a new public, decarbonised interurban bus model.
Urban planning items on the agenda include modifications in Can Bellet and Eixample Sud, along with improvement projects in La Floresta. Councillors will also consider changes to public sports prices and socio-educational service prices, including services in La Floresta and Les Planes, and the summer camp in Les Planes for 2026 and later years.

These include the draft minutes from the 24 April 2026 plenary, decrees issued by the mayor’s office and autonomous bodies such as OAME and OAMCCSC, quarterly data on payment arrears and average payment periods, and the 2025 internal control report from the General Intervention. The council will also hear about changes to the political group compositions and the board of spokespersons for CUPAMUNT and En Comú Podem.
Other items include two extraordinary credit recognitions for irregular contracts, a management agreement with the Department of Interior and Public Security for disciplinary proceedings against local police, and appeals linked to the 24 November 2025 plenary agreement that changed the council’s job catalogue. The agenda also covers the second modification of the 2026 staff template, a contract extension for a data and licence plate analytics platform, and technical assessments for pedestrian safety improvements in La Floresta.
