A man is in a critical condition after jumping from a fourth-floor balcony following the reported stabbing of three people at a home at 162 Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, in Barcelona's Sants-Montjuïc district, on Sunday.
One of the three people injured inside the flat is in a serious condition, according to ARA. For residents of the building and the surrounding stretch of Gran Via, the incident has brought a police investigation to their address after serious violence inside a fourth-floor home.
Three people injured inside the flat
ARA reported that three men live in the property and that a woman, who is in a relationship with one of them, was also there on Sunday.
The reported attacker entered a room where the couple were and stabbed both people. The male resident was seriously injured.

The man alleged to have carried out the attack then self-harmed before going to the balcony and jumping, ARA reported.
Mossos investigate circumstances
The Mossos d'Esquadra, Catalonia's regional police force, have opened an investigation to establish the circumstances of the incident. The reason for the reported attack has not been established.
