Esplugues de Llobregat, a town in Barcelona, has declared two days of official mourning, Sunday and Monday, after a woman was violently killed by a man on Saturday morning. Police Arrest Suspect
The Mossos d'Esquadra, Catalonia's police force, arrested a man on Saturday as the alleged perpetrator of the death. The town council confirmed it is working closely with the police and has offered its institutional support.
