Around ten entrepreneurs from Alt Urgell and Cerdanya met in La Seu d'Urgell on Tuesday for a 'Va de networking' event, aiming to encourage connections and new opportunities between professionals from both regions.

The session focused on understanding participants' personal and professional profiles. This included their age, economic situation, family status, frustrations, and desires. Organisers collected this information to move towards a more emotional discussion about what individuals feel, see, and experience.

Building Connections and Value

The goal was to work on value propositions, but from the perspective of entrepreneurs' desires, frustrations, or fears. "Without wanting to, we always go to product, and in life, when you connect, you do it from solutions," an organiser explained. This approach helps to gain efficiency.

The event also included initial dynamics designed to encourage participants to move around and step outside their comfort zones. "Ultimately, it's about getting to know each other truthfully," an organiser told attendees. These activities, while sometimes challenging, were key to fostering genuine interaction among the entrepreneurs.
