Olot is hosting the Catalan Women's U11 and U17 Roller Hockey Championship from Friday, 1 May, until Sunday, 3 May 2026. This event coincides with the city's programme as the European Sports Capital.

Group stage matches began on Friday, following a minute of silence held in memory of Isidre Oliveras, a significant figure in Catalan skating. The official inauguration ceremony took place in the afternoon.

Cati Fontané, the Girona delegate for the Catalan Skating Federation, and Aniol Sellabona, Olot City Council's Sports Councillor, welcomed the teams. They officially opened the competition with a group photograph featuring all participating players.
