Mossos d'Esquadra officers have arrested a man in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona, as the suspected attacker in a stabbing incident. Another man was stabbed in the thigh during a fight early on Sunday morning, according to police.
The incident happened around 6am when the local police received a report of a fight at a nightclub in the town. Officers arriving at the scene found a man with a thigh wound. He was then taken to Palamós Hospital for treatment.
Police identified the alleged attacker, who had fled the scene. They started an investigation to find him.
Arrest Made in Stabbing Case
Sant Feliu de Guíxols Local Police arrested the suspected attacker early on Monday morning. The Mossos d'Esquadra have taken over the investigation and custody of the detained man.
The suspect is expected to appear before a judge in the coming hours. The investigation continues into the circumstances surrounding the fight and stabbing.
