A man was taken to Sant Pau hospital in critical condition after a road accident on the C-17 in Canovelles, Barcelona, on Sunday at approximately 23:06.
Another man involved in the incident was transported to Granollers Hospital with less serious injuries, according to the Servei d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM). A third individual received treatment at the scene and was discharged. The SEM deployed four ambulances to the site of the crash.

The emergency services responded swiftly to the collision, which occurred late on Sunday evening. The C-17 is a significant road connecting Barcelona with various towns to the north, including Canovelles, a municipality in the Vallès Oriental comarca.
