Puigcerdà has hosted the latest awards from the Cerdanya Regional Council for its 12th Business Projects Competition, recognising student innovation at the Pere Borrell Institute.
The annual competition is designed to encourage young people in Cerdanya to develop business ideas and strengthen links between education and the local economy. It also gives students a public setting to present their work and receive recognition for their efforts.
This year’s edition marked the 12th time the competition has been held, underlining the council’s continued support for youth entrepreneurship in the area.
The Pere Borrell Institute in Puigcerdà has been a regular participant in the initiative, with students often working on projects that respond to local needs or propose new services.
