Figueres, in Alt Empordà, hosted the presentation of the fifth volume of the biographical series Benvolguts Absents on 26 May. The launch took place at the Empordà Museum and focused on local history and notable people from the area.
The series is a joint project between Figueres City Council and the EMPORDÀ publishing house. Its aim is to document the lives and contributions of significant figures from the region, adding to a growing record of the area’s cultural and social history.
