The Alt Penedès-Garraf Health Consortium (CSAPG) is continuing its 'Reforcem l'ADN del lideratge' (Strengthening Leadership DNA) training programme in the Alt Penedès-Garraf region. This initiative targets more than 100 middle managers, aiming to enhance their management and leadership skills.

Officials said the programme shows CSAPG's commitment to ongoing training and to developing strong, consistent, and results-oriented leadership. The ultimate goal is to improve the organisation and, as a result, the care provided to residents, according to the Diari Catalunya.

Developing Stronger Management

The 'Strengthening Leadership DNA' programme focuses on practical skills for managers. It helps them guide their teams more effectively and make decisions that benefit the wider health service. By investing in its middle management, CSAPG expects to see improvements across various departments.

This training is part of a broader strategy by CSAPG to ensure its staff are well-equipped for their roles. The consortium believes that strong leadership at all levels is key to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
