The second Valls and Alt Camp Employment Fair, held in Valls, successfully connected nearly 700 jobseekers with 250 employment opportunities. The event, which took place on 10 and 11 April at the Xavi Tondo Pavilion, featured around 40 companies from the region, according to organisers.
Organisers have given a very positive assessment of the fair, anticipating initial hires in the coming weeks. Both participating companies and attendees reported favourable experiences. Companies highlighted the high number of candidates, the quality of profiles, and the importance of direct contact with those interested in vacancies.
Beyond the exhibition stands, the fair provided personalised guidance and advice areas. These spaces aimed to improve professional skills and help access the job market. Participants, especially young people and those actively seeking work, valued this aspect highly. Workshops also proved popular, offering practical tools to optimise CVs and improve performance in selection processes.
