For the third consecutive year, the Casteller Museum of Catalonia in Valls is collaborating with 18 restaurants across Valls and the Alt Camp region. They are offering an exclusive 2-for-1 entry promotion for customers who enjoy an authentic calçotada meal at participating establishments. This special offer is valid until 1 September 2026.
The promotion coincides with the peak calçotada season, which draws many tourists and residents to Valls, recognised as the gastronomic capital of the calçot and the 'Km0' of the casteller tradition. This initiative connects two key aspects of Valls, its human towers and calçotades, aiming to strengthen the link between the city's food and cultural heritage. It allows visitors to experience the full tradition and history of Valls.

The Casteller Museum of Catalonia
The Casteller Museum of Catalonia opened in 2023. It was developed with support from Valls City Council, the Government of Catalonia, Tarragona Provincial Council, and the Coordinator of Catalan Human Tower Groups. The project created a unique and innovative museum and experience centre in the heart of Valls' historic centre, close to Plaça del Blat, the 'Km0' of the casteller tradition. Visitors to the museum can experience the emotions of human towers and learn about the values and history of this tradition. Human towers have over two centuries of history and are recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
