Maximum temperatures are expected to drop slightly to 26°C, with minimums around 20°C. On Sunday 23 August, rainfall probability remains high at 85%, and temperatures stay steady at 26°C maximum.
The heatwave has broken, but humidity remains high. These storms will bring temporary relief but also potential for localised downpours.

From Monday 24 August, conditions will gradually stabilise. Rainfall probability drops sharply, skies will clear, and temperatures are forecast to rise again, approaching 30°C by midweek.
