Salou, in Tarragona, hosted one of the strongest editions of Sabor Salou to date, with large crowds gathering on the Jaume I promenade. The annual food festival ended on 25 May 2026 and drew high participation from both visitors and vendors, according to Salou officials.
The event brought together food stalls, tasting opportunities and culinary activities in a central part of the town. Photographs by Alan Pardines of Millennials Films captured the atmosphere of the festival.
Sabor Salou has become a regular date in the local calendar, with a focus on Catalan gastronomy and regional food culture. This year’s turnout suggests continued public interest in the festival’s programme.
The Jaume I promenade provided an open setting for the event and helped accommodate the number of people attending. Its location in the centre of Salou made it a practical space for the festival’s activities.
