Mossos d'Esquadra officers have arrested a 45-year-old man in Torredembarra, Tarragona, on suspicion of a sexual offence against a minor under 16. He is also being investigated for a possible offence of inciting child prostitution. The arrest occurred after police intercepted his vehicle in the early hours of Sunday morning on the road connecting Torredembarra with La Riera de Gaià.
According to initial reports, a police patrol stopped a car carrying the arrested man and a minor. Investigations suggest the minor voluntarily entered the vehicle. Officers detained the driver after determining he may have engaged in a sexual act with the minor without violence.
