Girona’s Caseta del Rellotge in La Devesa park marked its centenary on 13 June 2026 with a public event in the city.
The Association of Residents of La Devesa-Güell organised the commemoration. Rosa Gil gave a talk about Ricard Giralt, the architect who designed the building.
After the conference, the Cobla Ciutat de Girona performed a sardana, the traditional Catalan folk dance. The event linked the building’s history with local cultural heritage.
The Caseta del Rellotge is a notable feature of La Devesa, one of Girona’s best-known urban parks. Its 100-year history reflects a period of city development and architectural change in Girona.
