In Igualada, Barça took the first point in the OK Liga semi-finals with a 4-3 win over Igualada Rigat HC on Friday night. The result gives Barça a 1-0 lead in the series.
Igualada started well and went ahead through Marc Ollé, before Barça levelled the score. The home side then regained the lead after the break with a goal from Roger Torné.
Igualada created chances to extend that advantage, but did not make them count. Barça stayed efficient in front of goal, equalised again and then moved ahead with two more goals.
Xavi Costa pulled one back late on for Igualada, but it was not enough to force a comeback. Barça held on to take the opening match of the tie.
