Barcelona was the first stop for Bad Bunny’s European tour on 22 May 2026, when he played the Estadi Olímpic in front of a packed crowd. The Puerto Rican artist performed the first of two concerts in the city as part of his DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS tour.
The show ran to 33 songs and mixed tracks from his latest album with earlier hits. After a three-minute ovation, Bad Bunny thanked the audience and dedicated the concert to his parents, saying: “An applause for mum and dad because they really nailed it.”
One of the night’s biggest reactions came during La Casita, when several FC Barcelona players appeared on stage. Those named were Lamine Yamal, Gavi, Pau Cubarsí, Dani Olmo, Joan Garcia, Robert Lewandowski and Wojciech Szczesny. According to officials, Barcelona were due to play at Mestalla on Saturday evening, after a week of celebrations for their league title.
The concert also carried clear Catalan references. A video before VeLDÁ mentioned pa amb tomàquet, calçots and fuet, and showed landmarks including La Pedrera and the Sagrada Família. It ended with the lines “Barcelona is blaugrana” and “Long live Barça and long live Catalonia”.
Elsewhere in the set, BAILE INoLVIDABLE prompted thousands of couples to dance salsa on the pitch, while NUEVAYoL featured trumpet and percussion solos from the Puerto Rican band Los Sobrinos. Bad Bunny also thanked the group, with whom he had shared a Tiny Desk session.
The concert ended with Yo perreo sola, followed by a surprise appearance from Bad Gyal for Da Me. The Barcelona dates are part of a wider European tour, with more shows expected to be announced.
