The Miró Ganxets Costa Daurada women's table tennis team from Reus, Catalonia, have secured their place in European competition for the 2026-27 season with two matches remaining in the Women's Superdivision of Honour.

The Reus-based side achieved this milestone after a 3-3 draw against second-placed Jaén, guaranteeing them a top-six finish in the league. This result places them five points clear of seventh and eighth-placed Vic and Son Cladera, who can no longer overtake them.

Currently sitting third in the league standings, the Ganxets travelled to Jaén with a strong squad comprising Guo Ruichen, Anastasia Kolish and Elvira Rad. The draw against one of the league's most formidable teams also provides a boost ahead of their upcoming Europe Cup semi-final.
