In Manresa, a 44-year-old woman was injured on Saturday afternoon, 13 June 2026, after being hit by a car on Avinguda Tudela, at the junction with Carrer Miquel Martí i Pol.
The accident happened at about 5.40pm. The vehicle had three occupants, including two minors. Police said the driver, a 55-year-old man from Manresa, was not injured.
The two passengers, both 9-year-old girls, one from Manresa and the other from Sant Fruitós de Bages, were also unharmed. Emergency services treated the pedestrian at the scene before taking her to Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Manresa with less serious injuries.
Local police said the driver tested negative for alcohol. The incident remains under investigation to establish the circumstances of the collision.
