Manresa singer-songwriter Meïa Santiago, known professionally as Meïa, will release her new EP, Foreigner, in June. She will present the work at the Kursaal theatre in Manresa.
Meïa, whose birth name is Mireia Izquierdo, was born in 1977. She recently returned to Catalonia after living in New York since 2018.
Her musical career began with the EP Stoop nº6 in 2021. Her latest singles were made in close collaboration with Morris Hayes, who was Prince’s musical director.
By late last summer, Meïa had already bought her ticket to return home from the United States. She has now returned to continue her musical project from Catalonia.
