A man is in serious condition at Josep Trueta Hospital in Girona after falling several metres from a parking ramp at the city bus station. The incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, 2 June, at around 3.15am.
Hospital sources say the man's condition is improving. He is currently in the intensive care unit, and is expected to be transferred to a general ward this Friday.
Authorities have not yet released details about how the fall happened. An investigation is under way to establish the circumstances.
