Firefighters in Catalonia put out two separate fires on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, an agricultural blaze in Juneda, Lleida, and a vegetation fire in Tremp, Pallars Jussà.
In Juneda, the fire was reported at 6pm. Twelve fire crews, including one aerial unit, were sent to the scene and brought the blaze under control before extinguishing it.
Earlier in the day, at 1pm, emergency services received an alert about a vegetation fire in Tremp. The fire affected areas near Avinguda Pirineus, and five fire crews were deployed.
The Bombers de la Generalitat said the quick response helped prevent the fires from spreading further. No injuries or significant property damage were reported in either incident.
