In L'Escala, Estribord has opened its outdoor terrace for summer dining, adding a seasonal option for people looking for seafood and local wine by the coast. The restaurant says diners can enjoy views over the sea of Empúries while eating outside.
The restaurant is at Carrer de Gràcia, 77, and focuses on fresh local produce. Its menu includes homemade seafood, fresh fish, shellfish, rice dishes and tapas, according to the restaurant.
Estribord also offers an extensive wine list, including bottles from the Empordà Designation of Origin. It has a retail space selling local wines and other gourmet products.
The restaurant says it aims to offer a welcoming atmosphere with professional service. It recommends booking a table, especially at weekends, because demand is expected to rise during the summer season.
