Barcelona City Council has started work to renew the street lighting on Torrent de l'Olla street in the Gràcia district, in Barcelona. The work covers the section between Astúries street and Or street, according to the city.
The project is intended to improve visibility for residents and pedestrians, while also making the public lighting system more energy efficient. It forms part of wider council work to modernise urban infrastructure across the city.
In Gràcia, the upgrade is expected to support safer and more comfortable use of the street in the evening. The council has not announced a completion date.
