Barcelona will host a new set of free activities in June from the Spanish Association Against Cancer, known as AECC, with support aimed at cancer patients and their families across the city.
The programme includes workshops, talks and group sessions focused on emotional well-being, physical activity and practical advice for coping with the disease. The activities are open to the public, but prior registration is required.
According to the Barcelona City Council, the association regularly organises events to improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Its wider work covers prevention, research and patient support.
People interested in taking part can find further details on dates, times and locations through the AECC's local Barcelona office. Registration is available online or by contacting the association directly.
